Meet the Resource Creators
As a team, we’re passionate about creating resources to introduce young people to Jesus and support them in their journey of faith. We’d love to hear from you about how you’re using our resources and any questions you might have – please do get in touch!
Beth Newman
Bethan is the Deputy Senior Lead of Innovation, overseeing the creation of our resources for schools, churches and communities as well as many of the wonderful people who write them. She also loves to get stuck into youth-work at her local church and at events such as Spring Harvest and Limitless Festival across the UK. When not thinking about youth work, she spends a lot of time thinking about books, the sea, whales, Disney, nachos and crafts.
Tolu Awojobi
Tolu is the Communities Lead. He oversees the writing and production of resources to help youth workers reach young people that don’t know Jesus; specifically in a local community context. These resources typically combine popular activities with current topics and cultural references, creating a space for unchurched young people to be exposed to the wisdom and value of a life led by Jesus. The need for this has been apparent through Tolu’s own youth work journey, having lead ministries in local churches, camps and schools. Tolu lives in London with his wife and daughter, spending most of his down-time making music or watching the NBA.
Hannah Woodhouse
Hannah is a Content Creator and oversees the creation of Rock Solid, an evangelistic resource designed for use within a youth group setting. She also co-creates, with Bethan, a monthly podcast called Youth Updates, all about keeping people in the know when it comes to youth culture. Outside of work, her hobbies include a fairly serious Formula 1 obsession, drinking nice coffee and reading interesting books!
Laura Campbell
Laura is a Content Creator and oversees the creation of Lumen, a discipleship resource designed for use within a youth group setting. She is currently on maternity leave, but a lot of the content that you see has been written by her. Outside of work, she loves coffee and an almond croissant, and being by the sea!
Jack Jones
Jack is one of our Content Creators, writing specifically for the community resources. His faith journey began at a youth group run by the local church he’s now planted in, where they shared the gospel with him and it changed his life. Jack now has a passion to equip and empower churches to create the same kind of spaces that impacted him, for other young people. He loves music, especially singing, and leads worship at his church. He also enjoys serving alongside his sister in youth ministry, being able to do some of the most craziest challenges entertaining and engaging with unchurched young people and seeing their lives transformed by Jesus.
Benjamin Dolan-Smith
Benjamin is our Videographer; he films all our resources videos. Since a young age he’s always loved creating video – he started out by creating short NERF ‘films’, puppetry videos & clay animation. At the age of twenty he had a powerful encounter with Jesus, and his life was completely changed. Following this, he felt called to use his love of video to help see young people’s lives changed by Jesus.
